How long does it take for the goods to be ready for shipping?
The custom product manufacturing process depends on the number of products and the complexity of the custom design ordered.
How long does it take to process an order?
Your order will generally be processed between 3 and 30 days, depending on the amount and type of customizations made.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Custom product orders have a minimum limit of 150 pcs for logo installation and 1000 pcs for special orders (logo installation and special sizes).
How much discount do I get for bulk orders?
The discounts that will be given start from 5% per transaction with a minimum transaction of IDR 20,000,000.
How to order custom products?
Custom products can be ordered in 2 (two) ways, namely through the website and WhatsApp Business B2B. First, register a B2B account first. After your account is approved, products can be selected directly through this website. Then you can fill in the custom order information in the form provided if you want to customize. Orders will be processed immediately after you submit the order.
What payment methods are provided?
Payment can be made by Interbank Transfer or Virtual Account.
What shipping methods are provided?
Shipping can be done through various selected third-party shipping services or by picking up the product directly at the designated Mokoworkwear store. The risk of shipping carried out personally is beyond Mokoworkwear's responsibility.
How to get a tax invoice?
Tax invoice requests can be made during registration and can be downloaded on your order details page.
