Guide to Maintaining Safety Jackets

SAFETY JACKET CARE GUIDE

Washing (Hand Wash Preferred): It is recommended to hand wash with cold water and a mild liquid detergent. If machine washing is necessary, use the gentlest cycle to prevent damage to the material's layers.

No Chemicals & Soaking (No Bleach, Do Not Soak): Strictly prohibited to use bleach or fabric softener, as their chemicals can damage the fabric's pores and even degrade the reflective tape's adhesion. Avoid soaking the jacket for too long.

Spot Cleaning: If only stained with mud or light splashes, simply clean the dirty area using a soft-bristled brush or a damp cloth without having to wash the entire jacket.

Ironing (Do Not Iron / Low Heat): It is best not to iron the jacket. If absolutely necessary, use the lowest heat setting and cover the jacket with a pressing cloth. Do not touch the reflective tape.

Drying (Hang Dry Only): Do not wring out forcefully and do not use a dryer. Simply shake the jacket, then hang it on a hanger in a shaded and airy place until it dries naturally.
